3. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is utilized solely to deliver high-availability charging services, process electronic billing, optimize power distribution, provide 24/7 technical customer support, and evaluate land concession proposals. We do not sell or monetize personal customer information to third-party advertisers.

All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. Enterprise databases are housed in ISO 27001-certified domestic cloud hosting facilities with regular security and vulnerability penetration audits.
