1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, websites, mobile applications, charging hubs, and concession platforms provided by PT. PODIUM OTO DAYA ("EV-POD"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Electric Vehicle Charging Services
Users must operate charging stations according to manufacturer guidelines, vehicle specifications, and posted safety rules. Charging rates (tariff per kWh, administrative fees, and idle fees) are displayed clearly on the station screen or mobile app prior to initiating a charging session. Overstaying in dedicated fast charging bays past full charge may incur automated idle fees to maintain network availability.
3. Concession & Partnership Inquiries
Submissions via our land concession and site evaluation forms constitute non-binding preliminary inquiries. Official concession leases, revenue-sharing agreements, and engineering commitments are formalized solely through mutually executed binding contracts.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos (including the POD / EV-POD gradient marks), architectural blueprints, software interfaces, and content displayed on this website are the proprietary property of PT. PODIUM OTO DAYA and protected under Indonesian and international intellectual property copyright laws.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through friendly deliberation, or failing that, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta.
